As well as a 20-Point Bi-Annual Grounds Assessment & Home Health Report. As your personal Grounds Keeper, we take ownership in being your weekly on-site eyes of your property.

• Detail Work: Includes edging along driveways and walkways and trimming around obstacles.
• Cleanup: We blow off all hard surfaces so your property looks pristine when we leave.
• Basic bed maintenance, plant health and pruning.
• Two applications of fertilizer.
• Discounts on all other Grounds Keeper services.
• Spring & Fall 20-Point check of your lawn and exterior home needs. A thorough assessment of your overall grounds maintenance, water management, home structure, safety, Fire-Wise interventions, and potential improvements and concierge services.

We dedicate set labor hours to your property each week, if your lawn doesn’t need to be mowed, we pre-approve with you spending that time doing larger clean ups, weeding, pruning, cleaning gutters, etc.
